Trial Attorney responsible for handling all aspects of civil, criminal and administrative litigation matters; and, the operation of two small business~s: The law practice emphasizes representation of the injured and/or survivors in personal injury litigation including wrongful death, products liability, professional malpractice, automobile accident, insurance bad faith, civil rights and employment matters throughout the Mid-Western United States.
Defense of accused individuals and organizations in criminal matters; and, to the defense of licensed professionals in revocation and disciplinary proceedings.
Trial Experience consists of more than two hundred (200) significant civil and criminal jury trials; numerous civil, criminal and disciplinary trials to the Court; arbitration hearings; and, oral arguments before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Iowa Court of Appeals.
